Fall is prime time to explore the ranches, wineries, and other places that are part of the Apple Hill™ Growers. It’s when you can indulge in all things apple, including donuts, pie, turnovers, cider, candied apples…and Apple Hill Cake!
A longtime tradition, Apple Hill Cake is at its best when made with apples picked in Apple Hill™, though any apple can be used in the recipe.
This recipe (along with many others!) is featured in the Apple Hill Cookbook, which you can purchase online, or at select ranches. If you’re heading to Apple Hill™ this season, be sure to download the app before you head out, as it features updated information on every ranch plus area food, lodging, events, activities and much more.
