Element 79’s official website says that the winery was born out of the owners’ love for wine and winemaking. That becomes evident once you walk into this beautiful winery in Fair Play. Sip on delectable wines that include reds, whites, and even oranges while enjoying the gorgeous vistas of the vineyard surrounding Element 79. While you’re there, don’t forget to grab a few bites from their cheese plate. It’s delicious!
3. Mirador Winery
Offering small-batch, hand-crafted wines, Vista del Mirado Winery in Fair Play is a hidden gem in plain sight. After making wine non-commercially for about 10 years, and winning dozens of amateur winemaking awards, the owners, Carey and Anna Marie Bailey, officially founded Mirador Winery in 2017. Their specialty is red wine, including award-winning Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon.
