While each orchard and eatery has something to offer, there are too many to explore in a day. Here are a few that you DON’T want to miss:
Abel’s Apple Acres
Abel’s Apple Acres may be known for its fruit and incredible pies, but you don’t want to miss the BBQ there. Stop by Terri’s Country Cuisine and BBQ for their hearty sandwiches and finish it with one of their pies. Don’t leave without getting one of their decadent caramel apples, either!
While you enjoy the food, the kids who finished their plates already can play in Abel’s Field of Fun or enjoy the many photo opportunities around the farm.
Madrona Vineyards
If you have a palette for rose and white wines, put Madrona Vineyards on your Apple Hill itinerary. We recommend tasting their Summer Flight (Riesling, Chardonnay, and Grenache Rose). Enjoy the tasting while seated under the shade of trees, overlooking the picturesque vineyard. Reserve the tastings in advance!
Fudge Factory Farm
A visit to Apple HillSM is incomplete without stopping at the Fudge Factory Farm. Those with a sweet tooth will be in heaven. Chocolates, caramel, and a variety of caramel and fudge apples – there are many treats to taste!
Apple HillSM pumpkin patches are another major attraction during the fall.
