Solid Ground Brewing is founded by a brewer, KC Sare, and a winemaker, Scott Johnson. The brewery incorporates a 25 barrel brewhouse, a taproom, and a small kitchen. We focus on specialty lagers and experimental wine-influenced beers. We will also provide traditional and untraditional ales, barrel aged beer, and eventually sours.
In addition to beer, we offer wine on draft produced by Solid Ground. This will include a wide range of rotating varietals, esoteric blends, sparkling, and low alcohol European-style wines.
