Earliest Images of the Universe from NASA Webb Telescope + Stargazing | July 30, 2022

Behold stunning images of the early universe, stars, galaxies, and exoplanets revealed by NASA’s latest deep space telescope –  James Webb Space Telescope! Narration by NASA Ambassador. Suitable for all ages. FREE! Stay on for stargazing thru our Community Observatory telescopes!

NASA Ambassador Tim Pinkney will present the first images from NASA’s James Webb Space telescope stationed a million miles from earth. (7:30 – 9 pm) Images will show galaxies and stars from the early universe. After the talk (9-11 pm) visit the Community Observatory to get a look at galaxies, stars, nebulae, and other deep space objects from our telescopes.

Before the talk, from 6:30-7:30 pm, Kids of all ages can learn about the technology of the James Webb Telescope with hands-on activities hosted by Scout Troop 281.

FREE Event & Parking.
Walk-Ins welcome.
